EFT Tips from iCiNG's Gala Darling

EFT is becoming more and more mainstream. It didn't happen overnight - EFT has been around for more than 12 years. However, It is getting more and more exposure in main stream media. Online fashion guru Gala Darling writes frequently on her blog iCiNG about how she used EFT to overcome many issues such as asthma and eating disorders.
Gala recently wrote up EFT Tips & Tips in which she answered questions from her readers on the use of EFT. Gala's enthusiasm for EFT is clear from her very first paragraph:
