Releasing Vows of Poverty to Make More Money

If you have been working on money problems for a long time and still seem stuck, it may be worth investigating possible vows of poverty. Most of us would be aware of these vows if we had made them in this life, but what about past lives?

Whether you believe in past lives or interrupt them as metaphors from your unconscious mind, the results will be the same. If you have even the slightest inkling that you may have been a priest, monk, or other religious role then maybe there are some vows that you made which have been affecting this life. There was a great discussion over at the tapping forum about past life vows and other deeper patterns that can affect us.

As always, you can use EFT to release your self from these vows. The exact wording will depend on your religious beliefs so I'll keep the wording as general as possible. Using the following EFT Tapping Points Guide tap as follows:

Karate Chop Point:
"Even though I have taken a vow of poverty, I ask a Higher Power to release me from this vow as it no longer serves me"
"Even though I took a vow of poverty as a way of worshipping, I choose to embrace abundance and joy as my new devotion"
"Even though my soul has held me to this vow of poverty, I ask permission to release it now."

Head: "Releasing this vow of poverty"
Eyebrows: "I choose abundance as my new way of experiencing the Divine"
Side of Eyes: "Releasing this vow of poverty, that no longer serves me"
Under Eyes: "I ask my soul and whom ever I made this vow to, to release me from it now"
Top Lip: "Releasing this vow of poverty."
Chin Point: "Thank you for releasing me from this vow of poverty"
Collar Bones: "I can do more good for myself and others with abundance"
Under Arms: "Releasing this vow of poverty"
Wrist Points: "Thank you for releasing me from this vow of poverty"

You may need to repeat this for 5 - 6 rounds to clear it completely. Feel free to change the words to match you beliefs. Pay attention for the sighs and yawns which usually accompany a shift. Let me know your results.

Doctors' opinions of cancer proved wrong again

These days we all know of someone who is suffering from cancer and also the current mainstream treatment of cancer. The suffering, the fear, the trauma, the shame are all part of the package that comes with a Doctor's diagnosis of cancer.

Please remember that a Doctor is only giving you their opinion. It is not a fact. A Doctor's opinion though is often interpreted with such power that if a Doctor says a patient only has 3 months to live, then they die exactly 3 months to the day of the diagnosis. We believe them so completely.

This recent article of successful cancer remission shows yet again that Doctor's can be wrong. I know the Doctor's have to tell you their diagnosis because they are bound by a duty of care but how many times do they have to be wrong before they stop stating their diagnosis as a fact? And how long before we stop believing their diagnosis as an absolute truth?

I truly admire the woman in the above article for her determination to break through the fears and challenges of both the cancer and it's treatment. This story should be in the headlines on every newspaper and TV channel.

EFT Tips from iCiNG's Gala Darling

EFT is becoming more and more mainstream. It didn't happen overnight - EFT has been around for more than 12 years. However, It is getting more and more exposure in main stream media. Online fashion guru Gala Darling writes frequently on her blog iCiNG about how she used EFT to overcome many issues such as asthma and eating disorders.

Gala recently wrote up EFT Tips & Tips in which she answered questions from her readers on the use of EFT.  Gala's enthusiasm for EFT is clear from her very first paragraph:

"So many of you are using EFT now, & it makes me deliriously happy! It’s a wonderfully empowering thing to know that you can actually get rid of your problems, & not stew in their juices for the rest of your life."

Her article gives some great examples of using EFT for fear of dentist, asthma. Also examples of how to get more detailed by following your thoughts and feelings, and being specific. There is a great summary of tips:

"Remember to…

<3 Drink lots of water
<3 Go into as much detail as you can remember
<3 Say what you feel or think
<3 Allow yourself as much extra sleep as you need
<3 Read other people’s testimonials on Emofree if you’re stuck
<3 Keep tapping
<3 Use it on everything! (Depression, binge eating, insomnia, social anxiety, panic attacks, anger etc.)"


The more EFT gets spoken about in the mainstream the more open everyone will be both to using it and benefiting from it.

Save on supplements, thank your food

I was eating a meal sometime back and stopped for a moment to appreciate all the people had were involved in getting that meal to my plate. The first meal I did this was sardines on toast with cherry tomatoes on top.

I sent a thought of appreciation to the fishermen who caught the sardines. Then a thought to the fish market that processed the catch. Then to the factory that canned the fish. Then to the truck drivers who tranported the fish to my grocery store. The shelf fillers who put the cans on the shelf. The check out attendant who served me.

I also gave myself some appreciation for preparing the meal to enjoy and further appreciation went out to all those people who were clients of my practice who had given me money (a form of appreciation) which allowed me to buy the sardines. I also thanked the sardines for contributing to my health and well being.

Then I thought about the bread and the tomatoes. Well a farmer had to grow them so I sent some appreciation to him. And again through the supply chain to get them to my table.

Doing this appreciation at each meal, I have noticed two things. Firstly, I appreciate what I eat a lot more and feel connected to a much wider world around me. Secondly, I usually muscle test what supplements I need to take each day and I noticed a distinct drop in the amount of supplements that my body wanted now that I was appreciating my food.

In many religions there is some form of prayer given before eating. You may know it as "Saying Grace". While you may be thanking God for putting the food on your table, be sure that send some appreciation to all the people he worked through to get it there.

Fear of Flying Workshop: Painless Relief with EFT

One of the first things that people apply EFT to is phobias such as Fear of Flying. I have had so many requests from people who have friends that can't and won't fly because of a paralyzing fear of flying. The only way to get them on to a plane is a combination of drugs, alcohol and sheer grit your teeth will power.

Because of these requests, I'm running a workshop specifically to help you clear your Fear of Flying. This is a 3-hour workshop held at Tap4Health from 7:00 - 10:00pm on Wednesday 27th February. The cost is $180. Places are limited to the first 10 people so if you interested book in ASAP.

In Australia, people often go the Qantas Fear of Flying workshops which are full of information about how safe it is to fly. Unfortunately, these have the effect of you feeling even more stupid for feeling the fear but doesn't actually do anything about clearing the fear.

With EFT we clear the fear of flying gently and permanently.

After you clear the fear, only then do the facts makes sense. Fear sits in a different part of the brain from logic. It is much more primitive and it takes lots of effort and will power to overcome it. But once we apply EFT to the fear the primitive part of the brain lets go and our higher faculties take over.
